On the Democrats’ new tax and spend bill, Senator Marshall said in part,

“These tax hikes alone are going to be detrimental to everybody… it’s going to raise the price of gasoline, of groceries, of rent, and it’s going to be killing jobs…those corporate taxes are going to be passed onto small businesses, onto the consumer, and they’re not going to be able to reinvest money…”

On the CHIPS Act, Senator Marshall said in part,

“Here’s the hypocrisy: we’re giving subsidies to the chip manufacturers, but then were driving other corporations offshore by raising their corporate tax. Does this make any logical sense to anybody?”
