Sen. Marshall Demands Fauci Document Preservation from HHS

(Altamont, KS, August 23, 2022) – U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D. sent a letter to Department of Health and Human Services Secretary, Xavier Becerra, demanding he take immediate steps to preserve all records and information related to Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. Francis Collins. The letter follows the announcement yesterday that Dr. Fauci will step down from his leadership position at the National Institutes of Health. While you may click HERE to read Senator Marshall’s letter in its entirety, he said in part:

“…This request applies to all documents, records, memoranda, research, correspondence, or other communication or any portion thereof relevant to any involvement of Dr. Fauci or Dr. Collins. HHS and component agencies, including NIH in particular, continue to obstruct numerous congressional investigations through refusal to provide responsive information.  In addition to withholding information from Congress, private parties note that NIH refuses to comply with Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests until forced to do so by court order…”

Senator Marshall was on FOX News today to discuss his efforts. You may click HERE or on the image below to watch.
